The Big Conversation – Prize Draw

A big thank you to everyone who got involved in our Big Winter Check In Campaign and completed our Big Conversation Survey. Everyone who completed the survey had an opportunity to enter our prize draw with a chance to win a £100 Amazon voucher!

The survey results will help us to adapt our communications and make topics for involvement activities relevant to you. We'll share the findings of the consultation with the Local Resident Panels and the Customer Services Committee so collectively we can action change in an informed and collaborative way.

We’ll also get a better idea on how we can improve our resident engagement service giving you the chance to influence business decisions at the highest possible level.
