Network Homes gets green light to develop 79 affordable homes in Wembley Central

25 April 2022

We've secured planning permission for 79 affordable homes at Wembley Central. Brent Council gave the green light for the development, which will be located at the corner of Wembley High Road and St John’s Road, at a planning committee meeting on Wednesday 20 April.

The new homes will replace a former office block with an 18-storey building containing a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom homes, 100% of which will be affordable, alongside 167sqm commercial space on the ground floor.

We’re pleased to be pushing forward with this development bringing quality new homes to the heart of Wembley which builds upon our long-established relationship in Brent. It is also 100% affordable which helps us fulfil our strategic objective of increasing the number of homes for people in housing need.
