Network Homes wins 2021 Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction!

We’re pleased to announce that Network Homes has achieved ‘Gold’ in the latest In-house Research customer satisfaction awards! The awards, run by specialist market research company, In-house Research, are based purely on our customer feedback.

In the survey year covering customers who purchased homes from Network from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020, over 90% of customers said they would recommend us to their friends. This statistic highlights our progress towards achieving our new 5th key objective ‘Strengthening Residents Trust in Us’.
