Network Homes to deliver 102 affordable homes at Sele Farm, Hertford

12 April 2021

Network Homes has exchanged contracts with Croudace Homes to deliver 102 affordable homes at Sele Farm, Hertford.

The new homes are located in Thieves Lane to the west of Hertford town centre and will be part of a wider 254-home development called Blakemore Manor.

Network’s 102 affordable properties are a part of a Section 106 agreement with Croudace Homes and will be a mixture of one and two-bedroom apartments, and two, three, and four-bedroom houses. Seventy-one homes will be for Affordable Rent, providing genuinely affordable, high quality homes for those on lower incomes, and 31 homes for Shared Ownership, helping residents to buy a new property with a lower deposit.

Sales will launch in December 2021 and the new homes will welcome residents from May 2022 to June 2024.
