Network Homes wins Gold Medal for our Health and Safety
05 August 2021
Adding to Team GB’s haul in Tokyo we’re pleased to have been awarded a Gold Medal for winning a Gold Achievement Award for a fifth year in a row for Health and Safety standards.
Network Homes received the recognition for this Olympian effort from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA). Organisations receiving a RoSPA Award are recognised as being world-leaders in health and safety practice. Every year, nearly 2,000 entrants vie to achieve the highest possible accolade in what is the UK’s longest-running Health and Safety industry awards.
It's rare for an organisation in the sector to consistently achieve the high standards demanded of entrants for the award for a sustained period of time.
We’re really chuffed with this Gold Medal. It’s the highest level of award for health and safety and highlights Network’s commitment to continuing to raise the standards of health and safety management across our estates and all of our homes.Colin Conboy, Head of Health and Safety at Network Homes
Julia Small, RoSPA’s achievements director, said: “The RoSPA Awards scheme is the longest-running of its kind in the UK, but it receives entries from organisations across the globe, making it one of the most sought-after achievement awards for health and safety worldwide.”
