London based housing association, Network Homes, celebrated success last night (16 May 2016) at the UK National Contact Centre Awards.
Sarah Williams, Director of Customer Access and Experience, won the gold award in the category for Contact Centre Manager of the Year – Small, and Network Homes’ Customer Service Centre won the bronze award for Team of the Year.
At the awards ceremony, Sarah was joined by colleagues from Network Homes to pick up the accolades celebrating a year of transformation for the contact centre.
Sarah’s hard work, determination and excellent leadership skills has seen the Customer Serviceteam make a massive improvement from recording a score of ‘ones to watch’ in the Best Companies Staff Survey in May 2015 to ‘2 stars’ in the most recent survey in October 2016.
Sarah has also led the team to achieve 90% customer satisfaction for the past year.
Helen Evans, Chief Executive of Network Homes, said: “This is a brilliant achievement for our Customer Service Centre that is testament to the great strength and dedication of the team.
“I’m very proud of how far we have come in our customer service journey and have every confidence that we will continue to grow our talent to provide excellent customer service.”
Organised by the Call Centre Management Association, the UK National Contact Centre Awards are now in their 23rd year and recognise individuals and teams in the industry who are role models, working to make their contact centres professional and industry leading.
