Improving how we manage service charges

07 March 2024

We have made changes within our Leasehold team to improve the way we manage service charges. The team will now focus solely on service charges and legal queries relating to the lease, while matters such as estate management and other housing queries will be handled by our Neighbourhood and Repairs team. The aim of this change is to improve the management experience for our residents by allowing our leasehold colleagues to focus their time to service charge and lease queries.  It will also help colleagues across SNG to know which team is responsible from the outset and foster a more joined-up working between neighbourhood and repairs colleagues. We hope that all leaseholders will see the benefits of this more streamlined approach.

Please note that these changes are not related to our recent merger.

If you are a leaseholder and have a specific query about your service charge or the terms of your lease, please contact the Leasehold team on leasehold.services@networkhomes.org.uk.  If you have any other queries, please contact our Customer Services team using one of the following ways:

*Outside of these hours, if you are a resident and you have an emergency repair, you can call our out of hours repairs service through our contact centre number 0300 373 3000.
