WATCH: Transforming Rectory Park

We’re pleased to unveil a short film marking the £100 million regeneration of Rectory Park in Northolt.
Originally a 1960s council estate, we have transformed Rectory Park into a thriving new neighbourhood of 449 affordable homes (179 more than the old estate), a new community centre and a lake with work completed in August 2020.
The film features interviews with residents old and new, our Chief Executive, Helen Evans and Regeneration Manager, Tim Goodwin along with partners from Ealing Council and architects BPTW.
