On Tuesday 25 January, our Board held their latest meeting where they discussed a range of topics from a packed agenda. Jamie Ratcliff, Executive Director of People and Partnerships, captures the key points from the meeting which he shares with us in his latest vlog. These include:

• Cost inflation impact - How the rising costs impact us as a business and the challenges it creates for us with maintaining existing homes and building new affordable homes.
