Signing up for a My Network Homes account is quicker and easier than ever before

We’ve launched some new and improved features to your My Network Homes online account, making it quicker and easier to sign up than ever before. So, if you've never used My Network Homes, now is a great time to try it out!
What is My Network Homes?
My Network Homes is your online account with us. You can use your account to access a range of online services at any time of the day. It’s a safe and secure way of contacting us, checking your account balance, raising requests, or just finding out information about your home.
With a My Network Homes account, you can:
- Pay your rent online
- Check the balance and recent transactions on your rent account
- Report anti-social behaviour and view any reports you’ve made through your account
- Report a repair and book an appointment for most repairs
- View the repairs you have reported to us
- Update your contact details
- Access our library of frequently asked questions (FAQs)
- Ask us a question and view all enquiries you’ve made online
- Make a complaint and view all complaints you’ve made you’ve made online.
How do I sign up?
Using feedback from residents who use My Network Homes already, we’ve reduced the steps it takes and amount of information you need to provide to register your account making it more straight forward for you to sign up- all you need to do is answer a few simple questions.
If you have a tenancy with us, it’s likely you’ll be able to register for a My Network Homes account. To register, you will need:
- Your email address
- Your first name and surname
- Your tenancy postcode
Please note that the email address you register with should match the email that you have given to us. If you’re not sure what email address we have for you, or if your email address has recently changed, please contact us and we will help you to update it so you can sign up with the right details.
I’m already registered. How do sign into My Network Homes?
Click the button below or click ‘My Network Homes’ at the top right of our website. We have changed the look of our login page, so it should now look like this when you log on:
