LGBTQ+ residents – get involved!

We want to make sure LGBTQ+ residents feel respected, safe, and included in their communities. If you are an LGBTQ+ resident, we want to hear from you, to find out how we’re doing and what we could do better.

You’ll be meeting (virtually) with members of our Resident Engagement Team and our staff LGBTQ+ group. As part of the HouseProud Pledge scheme, we’ve committed to ensuring that LGBTQ+ residents’ voices are heard at a strategic level, which is why we want to hear from you. We have also recently adopted a new strategic objective of building trust with residents, which these meetings will contribute to.

Whether you think we’re doing a great job, or you think we need to make a lot of big changes, we’d love to hear from you. Please reach out to us by 17 July so we can take your views on board.
