Network organises G15 residents meeting with Eddie Hughes MP

Network Homes organised a meeting with a group of G15 residents and the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Housing and Rough Sleeping, Eddie Hughes MP on 26 May. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the Social Housing White Paper and implementation of the Charter for Social Housing Residents, and to give Eddie Hughes a diverse range of views.
Some of the topics explored included the need to engage residents in the new suite of proposed performance indicators, how to ensure learning is drawn from complaints, whether the Regulator of Social Housing should have residents on their board and tackling stigma. A successful follow-up up meeting was held on 9 June.
