Changes to cheque payments from April 2023
27 March 2023
We’re making some changes to the ways you can make a payment to us over the spring / summer period. From 1 April we will no longer accept payments by cheque. You will need to use another payment option to make a payment to us in the future.
We have a range of payment options that you can use to make a payment to us. Direct Debit and Standing order payments will not be affected by the changes we make over the next few months and are a good alternative to cheque payments. They are safe, secure and easy to manage payment options. We also have the following payment options that you can use:
- Payment app
- Payment via our website at www.networkhomes.org.uk/waytopay
- Payment via your My Network Homes account*
- Payment over the phone using our automated telephone payment option
- Cash payment using a payment card at a payment outlet.
Other changes to payment options from spring/summer coming soon
We’ll be replacing our existing payment provider, allpay, with a new payment provider, PayPoint. The changes in payment provider will mean some changes to our payment options including new online payment links from our website and your My Network Homes account, a new payment app, new payment card for people who make payments with their card, and an update to our automated telephone payment system. Payment by text and payments at the Post Office, in addition to cheque payments, will not be available after we make the change. We will keep you updated about when these changes are in place.
If you have any concerns about not being able to make payments by cheque in the future or you’re not able to switch to one of our other payment options, please email us at customerservices@networkhomes.org.uk or use our website contact us form and we will be able to assist you.
