Contact centre opening hours and service over the festive period

As always, we aim to provide you with a good service at all times, including over the festive period.

Our offices and contact centre will be open as usual from Tuesday 2 January 2024. Usual office opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and our contact centre hours are 8am to 6pm. If you have an emergency repair while we are closed, please contact us on 0300 373 3000 and you’ll be directed to our out of hours repairs service.

*Please also remember that receptions at The Hive in Wembley and Ware Road in Hertford are open for appointments only. Many of our teams are not based in the office and are usually out visiting schemes, therefore they may not be available at the office unless you have scheduled an appointment to meet with them. **The Ware Road, Hertford office will close from 12pm on Friday 22 December. Only our Wembley office will be open from 27 to 29 December.

Estate services during the festive period

Cleaning and grounds maintenance

If you live in a SNG building that receives a cleaning service, there may be some changes to the cleaning schedules between Christmas and New Year, particularly for buildings which are due to be cleaned on one of the bank holidays. This means cleaning may be completed earlier or later than generally expected.

The grounds maintenance teams will also be working as hard as possible to ensure any work scheduled during the week of Christmas and New Year is completed in a timely manner.

Bin collection

The bank holidays may also impact on the collection of rubbish for your local area. Our cleaning contractors will do their best to ensure bin areas are left as clear as possible before the festive period.

To help us keep bin areas as clear as possible, please ensure all rubbish is correctly bagged and disposed of in the bins provided, and please do not leave any bulk waste in communal areas.
